Rowlands Pharmacy Luton

Very bad experience I had this afternoon, as I was there to pick up my 12 year vitamin D I requested from my Gp the liquid formula but was prescribed the capsules before that. So once I went to rowlands I told them its suppose to be liquid the older guy I think hes a pharmacist he said thats what came for your daughter and he advised me to half the capsule in half and give to her if she can not swallow it lol this is a joke. I told him how is this hygienic to touch the medicine and then feed it to your child hes like its ok wash your hands he thinks give a child medicine is a joke or something. Every time you go there you have to wait so long to be seen, and once your seen you ask them for your prescription they dont have the medicine lol. And asks you to come back for it. Theres like 5 or 6 of them behind the counter and none can really help. And theres only 1 chemist here now since the big one closed down. Like I said today I was shocked with what the pharmacist advised me on my daughters vitamin. Once I got home I called my Gp they advised me that another prescription was sent out to them today for the liquid formula.

Always helpful on over the telephone. Never had a problem in my last 10 or so visits in the last year. Staff are always friendly and provide quick polite services when collecting my prescriptions.
