Denbigh Pharmacy

Went in today my mums meds had run out, the pharmacist had to make up the pacts which she done for me very quickly and the really nice young lady ( didnt get her name but the one with a scarf) bought all the meds outside to my car and done with a smile. I was very impressed with the effectiveness and professionalism of this pharmacy definitely recommend them.

Staff is helpful and they have a stock of many medicines available.

Appalling service! Called in to ask about covid vaccinations but the receptionist was extremely rude. Lack of communication and information by the way she was replying and showing lack of interest. She clearly doesnt know how to show mutual respect to customers and doesnt value her job. Completely forgot to get her name but do not come to this service! Extremely disappointed and annoyed at the poor service I received. Never coming again.

Ive had my covid vaccinations at this pharmacy and theyve been so gentle and understanding about my nerves each time. Ive also recently visited to sought some advice for my child and the pharmacist has listened and been helpful
