Houghton Regis Pharmacy

The time between a prescription being sent to the pharmacy and you getting a txt to say it is ready for you is very quick indeed. I also needed to speak to the pharmacist while I was there, and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone in the area to use this pharmacy.

Tried contacting them about something i needed done urgently and was ringing nearly constantly for over 8hours yesterday, my partner even emailed them and still nothing, I have continued to call them this morning but they just won't answer the phone.

Pharmacist and the two Asian lady brilliant, but the white british lady is racist and very disrespectful. We are never going to spend our money in that pharmacy again. Next to the tilt they have on display some 20p lollipops. My little boy asked me if he can have one, he wanted to take one out ( while I was standing next to him ) and the lady told him to not touch it. I just said to him to take it out and we going to pay for it now. The lady's collauge brought the medication what we were waiting for and I am about to pay (lollipop next to the medication) and then she rudely comments "make sure she pays for the lollipop". I mean how can a pharmacy keep a person like this to work for them, to work with people? I asked to speak with the manager or whoever is above her. The pharmacist apologied for THE LADY'S behaviour and the lady was trying to argue and explain why she disrespected me and my child. The lady clearly had race issues and I hope the management will take this complaint seriously.
