unfortunately Guys all the bad reviews are true about this pharmacy, some of the staff are really rude, including the managers, they seriously need to learn some customer service skills.

Blonde woman working at the till is absolutely vile. I had a note to pay with and she had asked if I had anything smaller or a card. I said no, so she starts making faces and just talking down on me, going on about its easter as if that has anything to do with why shes upset? Ive always come to this pharmacy but this woman at the till is really giving this pharmacy a bad name. There was a nicer way of saying it but she then just found enough change to give back. So she just berated me for no reason. Absolutely disgusting. We get youre having a bad day but stop taking it out on the customers.

Didn't want to give a star, was reluctant to go after seeing the reviews but thought it can't be that bad. It is! Pharmacist and Reception lady (blonde one as everyone else described) the worst customer service. Avoid at all cost l.

Came into this pharmacy in march and due to issues with dispensing my daughter's inhaler with 'pharmacy to you' requested an inhaler and was met with the foulest attitude from the blonde lady behind the counter after witnessing her rudeness towards someone else. We then revisited today in need of another inhaler after again being let down and after being rushed back and forth between the doctors and this pharmacy. After explaining we knew this wasnt their fault was met yet again by the attitude of the same woman. She then began to passive aggressively talk about me to the pharmacist and when being told that I was less than a meter away still continued to refer to me in the third person all whilst my asthmatic daughter was experiencing signs of an asthma attack. When asked who will be accountable for her having an asthma attack I was met with the crude response that it would be pharmacy to you in Leeds. Very helpful, as working in care myself if I ever spoke to someone like this I would expect to be disciplined. Jardines you need to address this.

Rude arrogant pharmacist think he's new. They had half of my child's prescription I said I'll take and then either come back for the other part but he said no dont make sense to do that so I said OK ill get both tomorrow literally went to the car was less than a minute came back in and said can I get prescription other chemist has it.. he was so rude saying I've processed it next time be more decisive don't waste my time. It took him less than 10 seconds to give the prescription and what could have processed that you couldn't undo in the same minute it took you to do it. I came in with my 2 year old i have 2 toddlers and can't be coming in and out so I made a decision and called elsewhere. Regardless of mu situation which he doesn't know there was no need to be rude as I was polite I will do what's best for me and my kids not what best for you time. Which might I add that pharmacy has plenty of as I've seen them sit there doing nothing while the phone line rings away. Absolutely disgusting and other reviews clearly show the same
