Useless. Despite phoning to confirm my prescription is ready. They can't even get that right. Been back 3 times.

The service at this chemist continues to decline. The only saving grace is one of the front counter staff (dark haired lady with Newcastle accent), who works tirelessly to try and keep things running. She appears to be the only constant in the chaos. Medications are often out of stock, meaning you are required to return to the location. Each wait can be around 20-30 minutes, as only 2 people are permitted inside the shop at any given moment. You will often be greeted with a line of half a dozen people, huddled outside in all weather conditions. Attempt to step inside for shelter and you are barked out of the shop by some staff. Put an awning up at the very least. There appears to be no management of the branch, that I have seen. I have asked Lloyds corporate for a plan of recovery and timeline, and should this not be reasonable, I will simply elect another local chemist.
