If you're looking for a pharmacy that not only provides great service but also makes you feel cared for, look no further than the mall pharmacy. I recently visited this pharmacy and was blown away by the staff's level of care and commitment to their customers. The pharmacy staff were knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable with my medications. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers' well-being and health. In addition to their caring nature, the mall pharmacy has excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and approachable, making the pharmacy feel like a welcoming environment. They're also efficient and organized, making the process of filling prescriptions quick and easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend the mall pharmacy to anyone in need of pharmaceutical services. Their staff is caring, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. There are only two words to describe my new favorite pharmacy. LIFE SAVER. I was looking for medicine for my eye infection. I called all chemists in town from boots chemist to Lloydspharmacy, and either I was told off or given no information whatsoever about a particular eyedrop. It was a perilous journey after spending 12 hours over the phone calling all pharmacies, I finally got the hold of TRICIA at the Mall Pharmacy. TRICIA and her colleagues embody what we should call nowadays be part of a truly great health service. Speaking from over the phone to face-to-face not only put my pain at ease. I couldn't get an GP appointment nor a walking surgery doctor to see my eyes and prescribe a drug that I will pay for. I visited 12 pharmacies in 2 days to get a product that cost just 5.30 to ease my pain. This shows not only how poorly people are treated by NHS but worse a deliberate action to let people down when help is most needed. And this has been reflected everywhere within the NHS's overall services. Thank you, Tricia, without your help, I wouldn't be able to see the screen I am typing this review.
