The Groom Room Dunstable

Used to be really good in 2020 Unhappy with the groom that was done on the past two occasions. You dont really notice the groom done anymore! Customer services isnt the best and you are better to deal with in person than on the phone. They arent the worst so depends on what day and whos in. Couple new groomers in town worth trying to see the difference

Really pleased with my dogs grooming. He isnt the easiest little dog but they handled him brilliantly. Friendly staff would not go anywhere else..

I was told my dog was matted and needed a short cut but she wasnt that bad,also said she was scratching them to pieces and tried to bite but bought her out in their arms Looked like they rushed her to get more dogs done,the cut wasnt very neat also her tail wasnt touched Ive been taking her there for years but never again

They took great care of my two dogs and groomed them brilliantly. They were patient with my eldest dog who can be a bit awkward with grooming. Both my dogs came out happy.

I find this specific branch useless. They are virtually impossible to contact via phone. Whenever I need my dogs nails cutting, I am unable to book online. What the reason for this? Then when you try to call them, they never pick up. They never call back, so your then forced to visit the branch just to book an appointment. Once you there, youll be lucky to be seen to quickly. Ive been left standing there many times watching the women talking among themselves, and only once they have finished talking, come and see to me.
