        Excellent as always. Great service and both my dogs always come out looking excellent. Same as every time they go. Only issue is difficulty of getting a slot, theyre booked months in advance.

        Absolutely disgusting service. Ive booked my appointment at 1pm for 3pm today and when I got to the shop I was told that ppl called sick and all appointments were cancelled. Were mine wasnt and yet my puppy was still serviced. When I spoke to a manager all he could do to compensate for my lost time off work and money for petrol was to book me appt in 2 weeks time which I can do myself anyway. Stop hiring idiots and perhaps train them in customer service!

        Booked a week before to bring my dog , arrive on time , get told theyve got to cancel as they are still doing a large reactive dog , was not happy , sent us home , need to re book they said , whats the point of that !! Going elsewhere so my appointment is upheld when you book ! Totally unprofessional, doesnt do them any favours for their reputation . My advice avoid this lot !
