Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Luton, Bedfordshire

No one answered the phone nor responded to emails. on the 5th occasion that I rang I spoke to someone who agreed to let me know if I could book my cat in for the dates I specified. I have never heard from them since - I've had to take my business to another provider - shame.

Thomas had a lovely first experience staying in a cattery. As it was his first time we were nervous about leaving him but the Longcroft offer a high standard of comfort and service you can rest assured your feline baby will be well looked after. Aly was very friendly, responsive and accommodating when we had to make a short notice change to the dates. Checking in at the start of the cold weather period, it was reassuring to see the accommodation was heated and has a section to close during the night to keep the warmth in. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and secure. Aly sent regular updates with photos which allowed us to feel relaxed knowing Thomas was being well cared for and happy. It was clear Thomas had a lovely time and had been well looked after and a lovely gesture to receive a bag of treats and goodies. Highly recommend.

We left our older cat with Aly in August 2021. We felt confident leaving him with her and we had constant updates on his stay. We would definitely use her again and recommend Longcroft.

Highly recommend! Our two Ragdoll boys love it and always come home relaxed and pampered. Aly takes such great care of our cats and we get regular photo updates of their holiday.
