Our daughter really enjoyed the heated igloo for her birthday with her friends, they loved the candyfloss machine and the snuggly blankets and hot water bottles, would recommend for something different !

Honestly, I have no idea why I didn't experience the same 5* treatment everyone else did in these reviews. The man I spoke to was SO rude from the very first email I sent. He was just so condescending- like this is YOUR business, what am I supposed to know about YOUR profession? I went on to move past the email and speak to him- same thing. Answered me as if I was asking stupid questions, told me my event was last minute, made slight remarks that were just unnecessary and unprofessional. I also run a business and customer service is always #1. So as I said, I don't know what I did to receive this kind of treatment but I had to review because there is no need to disrespect potential customers- YOU ARE NOT DOING A SERVICE FOR FREE. At the end of the day it was going to cost me almost 1000 for the event and I was willing to pay- but I am not giving my money to any business that won't talk to me with respect. Nonsense. Best of luck! I have now booked in with the lovely people at The silent Disco Company who also do outdoor movie experiences- I would rather pay them double than pay someone who speaks to me with disrespect.
