        Full marks to Adam Balderstone for successfully treating a very elderly patient. I damaged my shoulder in November 2020 while gardening and subsequently lost full use of my dominant right arm and was in great pain. From February 2021 I had seven treatments followed by well chosen exercises and now have full movement and I am almost pain-free though I have to be careful. I actually doubted whether osteopathy was suitable for someone of 87 years, but I was wrong - thanks to Adam.
