I have a weakness down the whole left side of my body as a side effect from neurosurgery. My left knee was particularly weak and was having a huge impact on my life. I couldnt complete a normal supermarket shop without being in horrendous pain and having to rest for hours. After seeking help from Dale my knee is now much stronger. Im shopping, doing sch runs and enjoying family days out without worrying how far Ill be walking. Dale has been really supportive and understanding of the good and bad days through this journey!

Went to see Dale recently with a Rotor cuff shoulder injury. I was unable to lift any weight with my rt arm . After 4/5 visits and a changing series of daily exercises I am back playing golf and feel much fitter. No hesitation in recommending Dale .

When I was suffering with terrible lower back and leg pain, which was keeping me awake almost all night, I knew I needed to see a professional (definitely not using the NHS services and waiting for ages). I did a search of services near me, that could help with back issues, and the top rated company that appeared was Hardiman Performance. I gave them a call on a Monday morning, when they first opened and managed to get a same day slot. I was assigned to Jake for my issue. After the initial assessment, he diagnosed a herniated disc pushing on the sciatic nerve (which was causing the leg pain and constant cramping in my calf). He did some initial work on my back and we continued with weekly session at first. It is the only time I had any pain relief, so I looked forward to those sessions! I could not see the light, I felt like Id been like this for a long time when in fact it had only been a couple of weeks. Within 2 sessions, I was no longer crying in pain. After another 3 sessions I was pretty pain free and able to manage doing a lot of my daily activities. The sessions started to spread out as I was responding well to treatment. After another couple of sessions, I was pretty much back to normal and Jake had even fixed a long term issue I experienced with my lower back. I have been back to see Jake once, In January 2023, when it started to get a little sore again. After another session of treatment, I have not needed to go back and see him. Its been 2 months and I am still doing fine. A big thank you to Jake for his time and magic work! The positivity was also a big help, as he always cheered me up too. If you need any help with any injury or pain, I would recommend Hardiman Performance for sure. I even took my Mum there when she had an issue with her ankle/foot. The best service, friendly and they take time to listen and tailor things to you. I hope I dont have any further issues but if I do, then I wont go anywhere else. The rates were very good also, so the cost was not an issue to me. You cannot put a price on being pain free! Thank you Jake, I appreciate what youve done.

2 years ago I had pulled back muscle Nd stretched some tendons in my back.When I contacted Dale,who is a good friend,,I went in on crutches as the pain was so bad and I couldn't drive or walk.Jake see me and after 3 sessions had sorted the back out,have me.exercises to doand told me what to do.3 weeks later I was able to drive to Devon and although still in a bit of pain spent a week on holiday,where with walking and exercise,I recovered. Last year my wife woke up one morning and had crooked her neck. Upon seeing Jake,he managed to manipulate her neck,again giving her exercises and within a week she was able to move freely again. I can't recommend Hardimans Highly enough for there expertise, treatment at a reasonable price and there professionalism.
