Terrible today was what made me finally write this review. First of all today no one at the front desk they could see me standing there waiting whilst all the staff where working with one customer how ridiculous I waited 15 mins and Im in a rush I would never come to this place but my mum had a prescription that I went to pick up. When I used to take my eye tests here the doctor with the turban would always tell me the same thing your eyes are still the same when I could tell they werent they are not preofessional at all. I transferred to boots where I got feedback in detail about my eyes and I was shocked to see what they were telling me compared to what the doctor here has always told me. In boots they gave me a prescription of what my eyesight is like but before this I never knew I was a minus 3 bc the doctor never told me. I once paid here 170 pounds for glasses but in boots I paid 40. Go to boots options

My mum has been going to this place for years and recently had a new prescription that cost 286 she paid in two payments and has both receipts to prove this. When it was time to collect her glasses she was accused of not paying her balance and treated like a thief. Luckily my mum always keeps her receipt for any transactions if she didnt she would have been charged again when she had already paid. She received the glasses and a dry apology she came home in tears this is really disgusting. She has been a loyal customer for years since before it was called Icare I remember going to appointments with her when I was in my early teens Im now in my mid 20s. She will no longer be going to this place its appalling how they treated her.

From the minute you walk in you are made welcome by friendly and efficient members of staff.If after a very good examination and the result being that you require a change in prescription and a new frame then the staff are Thier to help you.I have been coming to iCareCentre for more years than I can remember and have always been treated with the utmost respect and would recommend them to anyone.
