        Every single time I go there I get faffed about. In store appointment? Prepare yourself for a 30 minute wait at least, while the employees are just sitting at their cubicles on their phone. Not once have I had my phone appointment be within the HOUR of the schedule, wasting my time at work waiting for a call. Absolutely disgusting, will not be returning here.

        really friendly staff i went here for my contact lenses and eye test, and i have to say all the staff that i had contact with was really professional and friendly and gave some really valuable advice regarding my contact lenses. fantastic service highly recommend this branch.

        Had two appointments for my grandparents, staff were very helpful and explained everything to them in and out in 1hr and half, staff were great. I recommend this place and will be back in the future.
