        Staff were friendly but waiting times took a while. I went in for your regular eye check up. I have perfect vision and a great pair of UV protected Ralph Lauren sunglasses , but the optician assumed that mine were cheap 20 tx maxx sunglasses. (Wasn't impressed) then tried selling me their sunglasses because they were "better"

        Sent me away. Wouldn't even spare 60 seconds of time to remove something from my eye which had been hurting me all day - would have been the quickest and easiest thing in the world to do, but no. After having to drive nearly 200 miles in this condition I held out slim hope that I'd meet someone in Specsavers with some humanity who would fit me in and prevent the rest of my day being ruined also, but of course this is the UK and I only found jobsworth robots.

        Took my mother 85 year old for an eye test at the Sainsburys specsavers store and was treated so well by renatta and Nadia whom couldnt do enough for us and would definitely recommend this store
