Ladbrokes dunstable, an amazing team lead by lovely manager Helen, Louise. Some lovely staff members. Only thing is lately , the company seems to be letting the place, get rundown a bit, not the staffs fault. Always computer faults. The tv monitors are useless old fashioned things. Paddy powers and some William hills, have great big led screens throughout there shops, and make Ladbrokes dunstable seem ancient now. All customers in shop , Know the company only seems to care bout machine gambling slots, which are turned up so loud, can't even hear the horses, Which is a pity. As there use to be a lot more of us in shop specially Saturdays. But there are nicer shops , in way of modernisation. And of course if there not going to make the place better, we can have a flutter on phone. Ladbrokes dunstable would till the last couple of years , have refreshments. All gone now everything. We don't mind paying for cold drinks if where there. Ladbrokes dunstable, is going Downhill. Why cause all those up above only care bout the SLOT MACHINES.

Rude staff! Short blonde bearded boy who assisted me (after numerous attempts to get their attention of their phone) was nothing but rude and unprofessional. Poor representative of what used to be a company and place to go.
