This is a great care home - well led by Nick the manager and his management team. Nick and this team are very people centred in their approach and always make time for the people who reside there and their friends and families. Many of the care staff provide exemplary care and are very warm, empathetic and positive towards the residents. Similarly the site agent and other staff. The building is spacious and the garden area has many pleasant seating areas. Providing shade and a sense of calm to the main seating area and to the day centre is a beautiful mature tree. Taking a little walk or sitting outside here can only benefit the mental health of the residents and their visitors and of the staff too. I am glad that my mother benefits from living here.
