Woodland Nursery

Poor communication skills when regarding children. Staff wont communicate and share important information such as key dates, events, activities, journal or communicate the progress or improvements of my child. They also arent hygeinic my daughter comes home ill every week after being fine, as soon as she comes home from nursery she's unwell. They dont have a good relationship with parents. At home time they clean they leave the children outside regardless of the weather disregarding what the children are wearing or doing creating an unsafe environment. Staff seems too under stress to do cleaning and tidying rather than focusing on the children.

The service staff in thisf nursery are very helpful. The young male assistant helped us with the heavy pot which was for us too heavy to lift. We have been to this nursery several times and have always found the service excellent and prices very reasonable with some good bargains.
