this is a lovely family run business there are the most kindest people i have ever met in a nail salon make me feel so comfortable and welcoming very caring they are amazing at there work wouldnt go to any other nail salon and also a beautiful setting and Environment and I want to thank them for always doing my nails so perfectly 100/100 highly recommend this salon to everyone Services: Nail painting, Nail cut & filing, Nail repair

The rudeness Come straight from the entry. I even couldnt mention what I wanted as I have been treated rudely and also ignored for enough time to not feel welcome as customer.

Awful! Avoid this place they are so rude have no customer service at all it seemed like they hate there job and take out on the customers. I just called to speak to the manager the lady just hung up and acted as if she didnt know what I was saying. Mind blowing how they are still open.

I called this so called place to ask if they have any availabilities for the same day as I told them what I wanted to get done I was only a few minutes late and they just looked at me and started speaking the own language clearly talking about me then they say to me Ive confused them on what I have asked for when I clearly said for the man on the telephone I want acrylics on my hand and feet. The lady then says our regulars know what they ask for. Well I cant have my nails done on a regular basis as I work at the hospital. I then said so if had confused you when asking over the telephone why wasnt I asked to be more clear I mean I am born bred in the uk so English is main language I speak but Ive confused them. Then the lady says its not as if you made your appointment days ago u only made it a little while ago. Either way I rang the place to ask if they have any availability they told the time to come. Then she said we have every right to refuse a customer and go find some other place I was just so shocked and lost for words wow. Ive me rude and arrogant people but this so called salon is another level. To think Ive had my own business in retail for over 15years I wouldnt ever think to speak to my customers like that whether they were regulars or not Ive lived in Luton all my life and this is just shocking for me. I should have read the reviews before I went.
