My friend and I went to Happy nails to get our nails done, and one of the guys did a terrible job on me, and when I complained it became an issue, and the lady didn't see anything wrong in that rubbish that the big guy did, on the process of redoing my nails, she filed down my nails to my skin that it became red, with no apology you could see the anger in her while all of them continued to speak in their native language in front of me which means they were talking about me because she has to remove the bad nails the big guy do to start all over again. I have a picture of my redish nails and I have started the process of suing them. Avoid Happy nails, there is nothing Happy about them. Customers service is ZERO

Customer service is next to nothing. There is a particular woman that comes across as being aggressive. Not sure if that is her nature but she needs to calm down. The way she talks to customers you would be thinking that she was doing them a favour. The nails she had done looked so primitive, I could have done a better job myself. Having said this, maybe she was in a bad mood when she did my nails , I am not quite sure but since it was my first time in the nail salon I did not have a good experience. First impression matters.
