Awful can't say to much as I am waiting on a reply from them so far had no luck motor I bought is a no go and they sofar refuse to help me I will be taking my case to the motor ombudsman in 14 days

I have just purchased a vauxhall Antara from automatic used car centre. I am terribly disappointed as the car was not as described in the listing. The car was in a terrible state. This is not a truthful dealer.

I was happy with the service at Automatics Used Car Centre because staff was very helpful and most importantly honest. This was my first car and they explained all my options and guided me on what was actually the best for me rather than a profit for them.

Scammers, sold me a damaged car with underlying issues, took it back a week later and they refuse to accept it back or repair. Currently reported to financial ombudsman as the contract states return within 14 days. Completely deceiving

Car broke down within 30 days of purchasing. Sold with 6 months warranty - any problems call them. Warranty is worthless as they forget to mention that it is for a maximum of 500 per claim and doesn't cover everything as you are led to believe. Wont answer the phone or my email in order to take the car back as it broke within the 30 day purchase period. Small Claims Court here we come.
