I had a great an experience with Just Mortgages and especially with James Lovelace who helped me through the entire process. Before talking to James, I spoke to five other brokers who were more focused on taking specific mortgages and not explaining the process and not looking at the documents that I provided which made me worried I won't get a good deal which is what exactly happened. I then spoke to James luckily who set up a meeting and talk to me about what I was looking for. Out of all the people I spoke to James was the only person who explained to me what I was getting, what I needed, how I am going to get there etc and he was the only one who got me a good mortgage deal. James stayed kept in touch during the whole process and due to delays with some other paperwork, the seller I was buying from was going to pull out and put the house back on the market. James spoke to all parties and convinced them to give us more time while also pushing the solicitors to sort out the paperwork in a week. Now I have been in my new house for a few weeks, I am extremely grateful for James's help throughout this process. If you are looking for someone reliable I would 100% recommend James.
