I'm really annoyed because MAB have reneged on their agreement with us. They told us the MAB fee of 295 back in 2016 would secure lifetime access to their services, but now they're demanding additional fees if we want to use them again. My friend who first recommended them to us has also experienced the same issue, so this is not an isolated incident. How am I to conclude that this isn't (at least in part) some sort of scam? 295 for lifetime services suddenly turned into 295 every two years. Classic bait-and-switch. Competent otherwise.
