I am finally able to leave a review, 11th time lucky . I ordered a mobility scooter for my mother and had the pleasure of dealing with the most amazing, professional gentleman Balba. It was so lovely to be able to order something and the process from start to finish be so easy going - as it should be. Balba provided essential information over the phone and has even telephoned my mother since purchase to check how she is getting on with her scooter. The delivery technician couldn't have been nicer and got everything up and running for us. I really can't thank Balba enough, a true asset to any company

Have just made second purchase from Balba. What an exceptionally charming man, so professional but goes that extra mile for customers. Couldnt do more to make the process easy and stress free. His servicing of scooters is also fair and he collects and returns the scooters personally. Full marks to him
