The shop opening times are differ wildly from the advertised time on the website. My partner has walked down twice with our baby, one time in the pouring rain to try and get the store to fix the problem which they said they had fixed previous. When you also call the number on the website there is no answer. I wouldn't recommend this store if you had a problem and needed to speak to them without ringing multiple times just in case they are open. Hate leaving bad reviews but this is really impacting us as my partner needs her phone for work and is losing money due to the inefficiency and obscure operational times of the store.

He gave me a quote over the phone for 50 pounds then when I got there he told me its 60 pounds and said I must've misheard over the phone, I said ok. He then called me back on the phone saying if I pay by card is 60 and if I pay by cash its 50, so I said I'm going to send my family member to pick it up and pay by cash. When my mother arrived he then went back on his word and said its now 60 and he was 100% sure he said 60. This is the last time I would bother to come into this store, I've had plenty of my friends and family come here and he's done this multiple times but other than that they did an ok job at repairing and I'm only rating this two star due to the customer service and they delivered. I wouldn't have minded paying 60 pounds as he told me originally but he went back on his word more than once and its put me off from coming back to this store, I would like a set price on the repair and not going back and forth but I guess people are indecisive and liars. this was a screen repair for an ipad 6th gen.
