As a first time renter i was really skeptical and nervous about the whole process as i didn't know how anything works. I had my viewing with Connor who was punctual, informative, professional and really polite. I put forward my offer and once it was accepted Denisa and Regan supported me through the whole application process and answered any concerns i had. I was able to meet the team who are quite lovely, helpful and are readily available whenever i need them. I am happy to have gotten my flat with Alexander & Co Dunstable Estate Agents and i 1000% recommend renting with them as i have no regrets. I have just completed on my house sale with Alexander & Co. I found them very helpful and professional. They kept me informed of the situation as it happened and if I had any concerns or questions they would look into it and call me back straight away. I mostly dealt with Julia, Gary and Lauren. They were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and made the sale of my house much easier. I would recommend them and if I were to move again I will definitely use them.
