AVOID. Initially fine, but our midnight return home was anything but. Followed the instructions on the ticket to call the company upon arrival but this number and all the options goes to a full voice mail box. We waited ages before finally getting a taxi to take us 4 minutes to the car park, paying a rip-off 17.20. We then met a security guard who claimed he didnt work for the company but could action our ticket? The driver however was found sat out back eating a banana! I asked him why he wasnt collecting us and why the phone didnt work. He wasnt interested. Shockingly poor service. AVOID

READ THE SMALL PRINT!!!!!!!! I specifically booked and paid for short stay, and selected the option with a 4 minute walk to the terminal. Terminal 1 car park. I was due to board the airplane when i received a call from one of your agents asking whether i was still going to drop my car off, i said that i had already dropped the car off at 04:40 and was literally about to board my flight. He said i booked meet and greet, i advised i hadn't, and that both the option selected and my email confirmed short stay. He then said no, you've booked meet and greet and you were meant to drop off the keys. I asked what i should do, he specifically said "i don't know" and proceeded to hang up. I was not only missold as i since read the small print that references dropping my keys at level 3 of the car park (in which case don't advertise this service as a short stay car park and advertise it as meet and greet) BUT to compound things your agent was rude and hung up on me. If you care about customer service listen to the call on Thurs 20th April at 05:58 (i called back as i initially missed the call) Your service is a disgrace. Luckily Luton airport parking stepped in to help when i showed them my booking confirmations that stated Short Stay and reduced the 405 parking cost at the barriers.
