Luton Airport Parkway railway station

2 trips the assisted travel staff messed up both pre booked. one journey they put me on the train and never rang trough to my next stop so i had to get my self off the train and find a help point 2nd journey i made my self aware to staff and no one came to help on our booking had to board my self with i have spinal issues and had to drag my suitcase on the train if your disabled and need to get to London and you live in luton get the 757 coach. iit s getting my busness next time i travel.

The most pointless station ever built. 3km from the airport and you need anothet shuttle bus (but now there's a new shuttle train). Ridiculous.

I arrived axactly one hour before my train departure and kt won't let me through the gates, I have to wait it the waitinf area which has exactly 6 seats - are you serious ? Thankfully it is not busy at the moment, but what if they were all taken and I would have to wait for the whole our standind in my feet ? Also, leaving a complaint and feedback on their website is so complicated if you don't have a twitter !

Im using this station quite often and already several times the purple transfer buss is leaving the station without even checking if people are coming towards the buss. I understand the departure times, however the buss driver could have at least one look to check if a person is approaching the buss. Just now at 3:40 I have to freeze on the street plus Luton is not the safest place to stay on the street. Terrible service.
