Collinson Care Home - DMP Healthcare

EXCELLENT. That sums up Collinson House. I have spent significant time there and the staff really care for and work hard looking after the residents. They build rapport with them and make them feel at home. My father was exceptionally well cared for there and treated with dignity and respect. Each member of staff, general manager included, knows each resident inside out. You couldn't wish for more. it's a difficult decision to move a loved one into a care home, this one is safe, well managed and really cares about those they look after so well. Can't speak highly enough about Collinson House.

After undergoing training there, I can confidently state that Collinson is a well-managed facility, and the staff exhibit a high level of competence. It is evident that the residents are receiving excellent care, and the overall ambiance of the home creates an environment that fosters the delivery of top-quality care.

This is a superb care home with the most caring staff and a lovely atmosphere, a care home that lives up to its name. We were privileged enough to use their services for a close family member for 9+ months and he was very happy healthy and cared for despite his worsening dementia. We would happily place other family here if health dictates. You're all doing a great job.
