It was a pleasure working with Ahimsa to design my engagement ring! I was a bit sceptical at first as I wanted a specific diamond which other suppliers were not able to source however within a week of speaking to Poonam she had found a range of diamonds to choose from. She was completely honest and open in terms of timelines, design and what metal I should use - completely in my own interest - without trying to upsell me anything. The ring is absolutely gorgeous! They created the most beautiful ring I've ever seen for my fiance, and the best part of it all is their service and dedication to making the best ring possible. Communication throughout was impeccable, I knew what stage the ring was at each step of the way. Even the box for the ring was incredible, with a secret light to highlight it's amazing beauty. Also amazing that the diamonds are lab made and conflict free, and the metals are all fairtrade. My fiance is still gobsmacked by the beauty of the ring after receiving it. Excellent service and customer service- I found AHIMSA via a friend and instantly fell in love with their concept and jewellery designs. As soon as I contacted them, I was instantly reassured this was a company I could trust, and that delivered 1000%. Nirali and Nerav were incredible and they went out of their way to ensure that I got what I wanted. A business is only a business when there is genuine care on the other side, and I was provided my jewellery piece in the time frame I was promised, but also it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
