But, on top of that, Mark, Ian and Nick were excellent: professional and helpful and they made our first experience of moving really effortless and enjoyable. Excellent service. The team is excellent. They made our move so seamless and took a lot of stress associated with the moving day away. All of them are friendly and very cooperative. Will recommend them without any reservations.

Edwards moved us from Luton to Suffolk and all our belongings arrived safely and on time. The team worked very hard. We required a bit juggling as we were a late booking and the contact to organise everything was excellent as were the office staff whenever we called. The only reason we have not given a five star review was because unfortunately we did not always find the attitude of the team leader entirely professional. He made a number of comments about the amount of stuff that we had, specifically our books and other collections. These may have been intended as a joke but thier persistent nature was a little wearing during an already stressful time. The constant grumbling was also not as professional as we had expected. All the other men were excellent and polite throughout.
