I was also very disappointed by the owners behaviour and rudness, they refused to exchange my daughters tshirt as it was wrong size but had never been worn. I spent nearly 200 but refused the exchange. Plz avoid this shop they are crooks. Challney school must not recommend this worthless shop and partner themselves with a decent and honest high street shop.

We bought my daughter's school uniform from here. And we had 7 days for exchange. As they mentioned in the shop. But when we went to the shop for exchange they said because you tried this uniform in the shop we are not able to exchange this uniform. Uniform was in the same condition and packing they gave us. Ok it was really disappointing. Last 7 years we were customer in this shop. Prices are also very high. Disgusting.

Absolutely minging. Prices change like the weather. The woman I think its the owner, yes "its" is vile. The way she spoke to a lady in front of me was shocking, and telling her to get a smaller size, the woman was literally bullied into buying small so she would be back in a few weeks to get a bigger size, one way of getting more trade but jeez nasty nasty nasty, and they should take half their stock 2 doors down where they pay for rags. dirty shop floor, came out feeling dirty and in need of a hep c jab - no i didnt buy anything, there was no way in hell i would give this bushpig a penny

Watch out! Not very trusting. It's apparent their prices fluctuate more than the stock market. Went to purchase an item but could not at the time. Then went back a couple of days later only to find they put the price up of the same garment by another five pounds - seriously! And they even tried to convince us it was always this price, unbelievable! You can clearly see the sticky residue of the previous price tag was just removed. They should be reported to the trading standards for their dishonest practices. Shameful! They don't offer refunds only exchange and their competitors are JS Sports, Neville Road and Begees which is just down the road and more honest!
