Bishop's Move Luton

We had excellent service from start to finish for our 4-bed house to new 4-bed house 90 miles away. Steve came out promptly to quote and went through all my questions. The team of lads (Dean, Paul and Ben) that packed and moved us were exceptional: fast and efficient, but also conscientious and thorough. Everything down to the smallest item was carefully wrapped and boxed up. The lads were good-humoured and patient with our frequent vacillation over where things should go, and were quick to suggest good ideas. I would totally recommend Bishops Move Luton to anyone.

I had another quote for my removal which was slightly cheaper but I felt they were nowhere near as professional as Bishops. What an amazing service from start to finish. The ladies in the office were very efficient and friendly, the assessor who came to give us the quote was really friendly and very professional addressing all of our concerns . The service between us getting our initial quote and exchanging contracts was great as the dates got very messy but the ladies in the office dealt with this and put our minds at rest. On the day of removals. Two vans turned up with three men led by Ryan. They were very friendly and super efficient and just got on with the job. Everything was loaded with extreme care. They had been going an hour when another two vans and crews turned up and I must admit I thought they had made a mistake and double booked but no, the second crew had some time to spare before their job started so they came to see if they could help. Amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended them twice and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should I be brave enough to move again.
