        Says closing time is 17:30 arrived at 17:25 shutter down would not let me in now my child has to go all bank holiday weekend without her prescription

        Dismissive staff and incredibly rude. When I asked whether they have a phone they said that because they get so busy they cant answer it. The staff are so cold and dont seem to care. Either this place needs to come under new management or there needs to be a change of staff. I hope no one has to experience such terrible customer service.

        They don't even bother to answer your calls and prescriptions half of the time they don't have them in stock always ask you to go to another pharmacy my question is why don't you just close the pharmacy or hand it over to someone who can serve better.
