They have a very limited selection of liquids and have very limited technical knowledge.
I have been to the shop with a problem twice and was not given any possible solution and I was told my complaints are rubbish.
I cannot speak about the management of the store as I have not met the owner.
It's a shame its a nice looking shop and conveniently placed in town but the staff need to learn how to deal with customers properly and offer assistance instead of just reading off a website.
Go to Cloudies in high town where the customer service is much better and a warmer atmosphere with a great selection of liquids and knowledgeable staff.
Or go to i love vape in the market in the mall.
Another excellent shop that has a wide range of liquids and friendly staff.
