        Highly incompetent service and workmanship. A call out for frozen pipes and the guy faffed around for two hours, could not figure out that the connecting pipes needed to be thawed with heat from outside. At one point was trying to thaw underneath the sink cupboard. then he removed a pipe from my boiler and did not connect it back so boiler off, no heating with little kids at home. I called them to report what happened and they ignored. Horrible company! Had to call someone else who fixed it in less than half and hour and took less payment !

        Great customer service, were super understanding and really professional. Called in the morning and someone was with me within 2 hours. Once here the engineer took his time to fix the problem and educated me on how to take care of my boiler and gave some helpful tips, also listened to me ramble on about the issues I have had with the boiler lol. Would defo recommend to anyone! Service: Heating system maintenance
