I went into the Luton branch on Monday 24th April 2023 having noticed that the driver's front tyre was showing excessive outside wear and my main concern was that the ball joint had failed. I was attended to very promptly by one of the team and he raised the car on the ramp and did a thorough check of the suspension components. The mechanic ensured me that there were no problems with the ball joint and that the wear was more likely to be a tracking/general wear and tear issue. I was advised to have a new tyre fitted along with a tracking check and adjustment. The online ordering process was very easy to navigate and I managed to have my appointment booked for the Wednesday. Again when I came in for the work to be carried out the staff were polite and completed the work to a very high standard. Thank you.
