Very very very bad service and staff is very rude I was trying to book appointment by phone from last 3 days first of all there phone line not working than some times there phone line is busy and when I got lucky and my phone got connected the receptionist saying they dont have any appointments available I request the receptionist can I come to surgery to book the appointment the receptionist said they will only book the appointment by phone at 8:05am or 12:30pm Receptionist was so rude,misbehaving on phone and shouting when I asked her whats her name she hung up the phone

I have total admiration for the staff & especially Dr Alva for the care & help he has shown. Appointments are hard to book sometimes, but that is a Country wide problem. Thank you to all
