update. 24/4/23 Once again this surgery lets my daughter's medical health down. She has been fainting, very poorly for quite some time. . She has a autoimmune low in thyroid and anaemia. She's been waiting over 4 weeks for a call from the GP. All she needs is a blood test. She has to wait for a GP to call to do this knowing that her levels were low in the first place!!? wheres the sense in NHS time here. This is a terrible service and the duty of care appalling. I will now on behalf of my daughter be putting in a complaint to the respective authorities. Enough is enough. 2022 - I'm saddened by the terrible care my daughter has received from this practice. She had to move from excellent Drs not to far from Bramingham medical due to a homepost code change. She has numous medical needs and mental health. Not once have they helped her. Despite many calls in fir her children, the youngest 6 months old to be put on hold for a long time to then be told to ring 111 repeatedly. As a single mum with 3 children she should be one of the priorities. She's pushed aside.There's no duty of care here.

What a joke. Started off as caller 5 & now I'm caller 1 which has taken 1hr 21mins. Makes you wonder if anyone is answering the phones or the other 4 callers had massive issues

Worst GP in the country They are refusing to give my 11months old baby the jab 3 weeks earlyer than she becomes 1years old Doctor was rude and unethical Do not register with them AVOID AT ALL COST

New patient and already hassle. Can't get help and been fighting for my repeat prescription since last week. .
