        I generally dont give negative reviews but the customer service is so bad at this shop that I feel it is required for others who want to visit the shop. It is not one off instance but twice I felt the same. Instance 1: The shop and its owner/staff is not child friendly. When we went to buy stuff they were very rude. Instance 2: we bought some stuff from HighWycombe branch. As per their policy it can be returned to any branch like any other brand but when we went to return it the staff said we are not here to return stuff bought from other branches. We cant just keep on giving refunds like that. Also, the highwycombe branch confirmed that as per BHF policy it should have been taken at Dunstable and they apologised at least 4 times for it. If you can I will suggest visit some other branch.
