Please be weary of this company, there is a scam website under the name flygadgets.co.uk that is using the company name FLYING GADETS LTD to scam people online.

I generously give this company one-star but only because I couldnt give it a zero. Rachel called me quickly enough in response to my email and I paid nearly 60 for a spare part and postage. I was assured it will arrive within a week. Nearly a month on and still nothing received. My emails have all gone unanswered and you cant leave a message on their phone because their mailbox has always been too full to do so. Managed to get hold of a second number where miraculously I was able to leave a message but guess what... that went unanswered too! It doesnt seem like theyre trading anymore.

I cannot rate the Customer Service high enough. i contacted Flying Gadgets with an issue and the support I received was above and beyond that expected. Unfortunately, some organisations have forgotten what Customer Service is but it was a pleasure dealing with Flying Gadgets and the issue was resolved promptly and it is fair to say they have gone the extra mile. They put much larger companies to shame. I would certainly recommend their products to anyone. Well done !
