Slashed the tyre on the kerb on Tuesday night and had to get my work truck recovered to our yard, being undrivable. Next morning called TyresDirect, spoken to Paul, did not want to just buy it online and leave the delivery to chance as the truck is undrivable. I've been promised tyre will be delivered latest on Thursday.
Well today is Friday and after calling TyresDirect they could not even find my order and told me I can have it delivered on Monday.
Due to TyresDirect incompetence we are loosing business / have to go for other expensive arrangement.
