        Tried to upgrade my phone on the EE website as I always do. It kept crashing . I decided to pop in the EE shop as I was already out shopping. Thank goodness I did. An assistant called Chris helped me not only upgrade my phone but I got a discount and a tablet . On top of that, he helped with all the online form filling, and I came away with my phone and tablet the same day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit . Thank you all

        Amy was incredible! Only thing I would say is that this store needs to stock some Sony Xperia phones urgently!! Other than that Amy is outstanding.
