National Tyres and Autocare

Like a previous customer, I would like to leave no stars, but for some strange reason you cant! They have no idea what the difference is between a van or car tyre and no customer service. In fact they are just rude and speak very badly to you and in front of other customers. My husband had a bad experience with them a while back and was horrified I was using them but I had no option as tyres needed to be done. Needless to say, neither of us will bring any of our cars to this garage again.

After checking few stores I end up here with a brilliant service because of the lead time was to long the manager place a call and the tyres was fit and deliver next day first hour. Thank you

Booked my wheel alignment for 8.30am didnt get the car on the ramp for 1 hour 20 mins, then they told me they couldnt do it as they were not trained. Joke of a place. People also coming in for tyre appointments to be told at the desk that their tyres had not been delivered to them. Wasting peoples time used them in the past and had been reliable. Time to seek a new garage!

Rang this centre to get some work done to my car, four tyres, brakes, a couple of bulbs that needed replacing and an MOT as they were being advertised. Was first told they didn't have anyone to do brakes, then told they don't have an MOT tester. Fair enough, just the bulbs and tyres then, took the car down to then be told there wasn't anyone in who was qualified to replace the bulbs??? OK just the tyres then. Waited most of the day didn't hear anything, so called at about 4pm. Guy I spoke to said can I call you back, we've lost your details, don't know how, but we can't find your phone number or even address!!!!! OKAY!!! Finally get a call back at 4:30, we haven't been able to change your tyres the guy doing them couldn't get purchase on the locking wheel nuts. Get down there to pick up the car, all the locking wheel nuts have been rounded off as has the locking wheel nut key. Handed a leaflet of a local company who can remove knackered locking wheel nuts, which tells me this happens REGULARLY! It's a shame, I got a load of work down at this centre a few years ago and it was superb, obviously gone down hill since then. But I'm now going to have to pay for ANOTHER MOT as the retest window has now passed (went and got it done at Redbourne, brilliant MOT centre) and will have to pay through the nose to have the locking wheel nuts removed, and that's before the tyres this place weren't able to replace, the brakes they weren't able to do and the bulbs they were unable to replace. Absolute shambles. My advice, take your car elsewhere for any work you need doing. The likelihood is they won't be able to do the work, or they won't be able to offer the services they advertise
