Receptionist are very unprofessional! I went to the GP today and I overheard the receptionist talking in Urdu and saying that she receives calls from her relatives for appointments! Which means she prioritises them, so people that call the surgery in the morning are waiting for a very long time and then told that there are no appointments available! Which is very unfair! Not only that, this lady came to the reception and started saying Hello Aunty to the receptionist in Urdu, this means they are all related and prioritise their families and relatives over other people. Also speaking in Urdu! So unprofessional! All these receptionist shouldve been fired before they went to the new place, they are highly unprofessional and have no manners whatsoever. They are all related to each other therefore, they hire their own people! Very unprofessional and absolute mannerless people!

The receptionist are extremely rude and disrespectful. They think they are above everyone. They are forgetting that they are not doctors they are just working for them. Ridiculously embarrassing. I put them in their place every time but it shouldnt have to be this way. Dr Prasad was my doctor since I was a baby I truly miss him as I know he would sort this issue but it without hesitation.

Very bad ,rude,disrespectful,call you wrong name ,talk over you shout at you will not listen to you. Put the phone down while talking. Will not give there name if you ask who I'm talking too. Espically the admin team all them are rude day shift.

Always willing to go the extra mile right from the Days of Dr Parsad till current times. I'm having a hard time trying to understand how and why people have given The medical centre such low ratings. Go and register else where you soon come to realise what you have lost. 100% 5 Star. Keep up the good work !
