Shocking... absolutely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. The letting department is run badly. Landlords and tenants please beware.

Myself and my partner recently rented out our first property with Connells Luton and have to say it was a pleasure dealing with them . Marco and his team were fantastic through the whole process, keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. They updated us on the progress and viewings on a daily basis. Was a pleasure dealing with them. It took all the stress and worry out of the process completely for us . Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you

After time and time of ringing about a property they said they didn't have the keys and we will be the first they ring when they do have them. For them to then tell us today the property has gone. A joke.

I have been using the Lettings department for several years and have found every member to be helpful and professional. My property has been tenanted since the day theyve had it and Im very grateful to the team for their efforts over the years. Thank you!
