Ridiculous.. If you call at 13.59 their line are closed to book the appointments.. But if you call at 14 oclock they are fully booked already.. And its not the first time.. Just ridiculous

unfortunately I dont have option for 0 star thats why Im giving 1 star I have been with Medici since 2019, the first day I managed to get an appointment was also the last! After this they always recommended call 111 emergency. Even when I called on the same day and within the correct times in the morning or afternoon. I will never ever recommend this surgery to anyone. Theres a few nice people like Nurse Miss Rebecca shes very professional But the system is horrific and cannot be justified. I have ended up at the urgent GP numerous time because of no appointments resulting spending 5-6hrs just for a checkup that my own GP couldnt offer. I have no choice but to leave. I did not think it can get worse. Reception desk service - nightmare. If you can afford it - go private or change to different practice. Doctors are ok, it's the reception what lets this practice down.

I have been a patient at the Medici Medical Centre for 10 years and it has been consistently the best surgery I have ever registered with. I recently had an health issue and I called at 8:30 and got in line which meant I was 3rd in the queue. The receptionist took my name and problem and told me to expect a call back from the doctor who ordered blood tests. This has been my consistent experience. Polite receptionist, well organised appointments both by phone or in person. I am very grateful for their work.
