        As a company mears is just rubbish wouldnt recommend them at all and would RECOMMEND PEOPLE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! The customer service and planning team clearly have no training and a high turnover!! Ive been given poor excuses like they forgot to do things because its Monday and for some reason everyone I know gets told theyre problems must have accidentally been reported as sorted!! Like the whole call centre and people behind the scenes are outrageous!! I gave 2 stars because although the customer service team is rubbish my property manager is very good and tries his best to help and one of the men that come out for repairs is really nice and always gets work done to a high standard Its a shame they dont employ more people like they because they could actually turn theyre bad reviews around just by having more staff like this.

        The most disgusting team I ever seen, useless and unprofessional. The houses are absolutely rubbish. it's about agency located on Luton. Mears Housing Luton. I am not recommended to no one. Absolutely disgusting.
