J. Junaid Jamshed by Janan

It was my first time visiting J. Junaid Jamshed in Luton and I was greeted by Faraz, who is such a kind, friendly and pleasant guy. His knowledge of the J. Fragrances was excellent and he couldn't of been more helpful. I was delighted with my purchase and I will certainly return again soon. If the owner of the Business reads my review, I'd like to say what a credit Faraz is to J. Junaid Jamshed.

No jam at all!!! Staff look lost when u ask where the jam is just clothes stuff.

Normally I am not a big fan of all the rush in the J. Stores because of their popularity, but we got lucky this time around. Good selection and Faraz was very courteous... Loved the fact that he was available when we needed him without being overbearing. First time in Luton store and now if I need to go to J. This will be store of choice.

A few real nice pieces can be found, size and availability was limited. I was under the impression this store was relatively upmarket however, the owners need to manage their stock better and the staff require customer service training, rude. I would spend your money where they value your custom
