Took newer phone to have screen repaired, straight forward and simple, youd think. Was told there was some kind of fault requiring my phone to be UNLOCKED and connected to one of their random computers. I protested my phone switched on and worked until theyd touched it and Id just installed an apple update days before. Perhaps it was because I spoke slightly loudly they were motivated to quickly click everything in place like they should do to get rid of me. Suddenly my faulty phone screen switched on good as new
